- Descent of the Tajo de Ronda: urban canyon under the bridges, medium level
- Garganta Verde: abseils, jumps and natural slides, passage through the Cueva de la Ermita and cold pools; 5–7 h in total

Good to know
- September is the ideal month for Garganta Verde (water and temperature)
- In high summer there is little water: fewer jumps; go in the morning
- Bring swimwear, shoes that can get wet, sun protection and water
