La lechuguita (lettuce heart salad), chickpeas with chorizo and black pudding, smoked cod toast, goat's cheese with raspberry, eggs with Iberian ham, pork loin montadito, omelette and meatballs.
About
Long-established tapas bar (since 1969) named after its signature tapa: a dressed lettuce heart. More than forty tapas, including vegetarian and vegan ones.
Good to know
It works with a paper slip: you tick the tapas and hand it in at the bar. Tapas under €2 (sources give between €0.90 and €2). It opens at 12:30 and fills up straight away: arrive a few minutes early. It is small and you cannot book.
Getting there and parking
Park at the Martínez Astein car park (Av. Martínez Astein s/n, 24 h, about €1.70/h) and walk: it is 5 minutes away. On the street, blue lines are paid and white lines are free.
