• Torremolinos' longest beach: about 2 km and about 40 m wide
• The old fishing neighbourhood: low houses remain and life revolves around pescaíto (fried fish) and espetos
• In the 1950s and 60s Grace Kelly, Ava Gardner, Orson Welles and Frank Sinatra passed through here
• Sunloungers, toilets, showers, kayak and chiringuitos all along the promenade
• Lifeguards at Easter and from 1 June to 30 September; assisted bathing by appointment: +34 697 61 04 60

• On 16 July the Virgen del Carmen is carried in procession along the beach
• Walking along the promenade you reach Puerto Marina (Benalmádena) or, to the east, El Morro and the Bajondillo
• In summer it fills up: arrive early
