- The official tourist information for the region gives 50 m in length, 1.20 m in width and about 78 m in height
- It is in the spectacular El Saltillo gorge, between Canillas de Aceituno and Sedella
Good to know
- Official route: about 8 km and 4 h round trip, medium-to-hard difficulty; it starts from Canillas de Aceituno along the Camino del Saltillo track
- The bridge is 50 m long and 1.20 m wide, very high above the river: not recommended if you have a fear of heights, and with children only if held tightly
- There are narrow, exposed stretches: hiking boots, water and no rain or strong wind
- Best from October to May and first thing; in summer the heat is intense
- Finish with wood-oven roast kid (chivo al horno de leña) in Canillas (book first at La Sociedad)
