- Parking for the Angosturas: in the picnic area next to the Ermita de la Virgen del Rosario, 1 km after the motorway viaduct; you walk 1 km along the road to the start
- Angosturas: about 2 h, you need to be a good swimmer; wetsuit and water shoes recommended; lots of people on summer weekends
- Where to eat: Los Abanicos (C/ Málaga 15–17; very highly rated, closed Tuesdays), La Escalera de Balthazar (roof terrace, closed Wednesdays) or Rufino, the first one at the entrance to the village
