Getting thereWeb

Must try

Prawns, octopus and octopus skewers, baby squid, red mullet, boquerones and bonito; fresh juices at the fruit stalls. In September 2025 one diner paid €19 for an octopus and €35 for a mixed seafood platter; others reckon about €20 per person.

About

The market bar: fresh fish and seafood, grilled or fried, eaten at the counter among the fruit, meat and fish stalls.

Good to know

Go early: it fills up and there is little seating. Check your bill against the menu: in February 2026 one customer was charged double on two dishes (corrected when he complained).

Getting there and parking

Metro: Atarazanas station, on the Alameda Principal, a step away.
