Two tasting menus with optional wine pairing: Alcazul (€110) and Palodú (€130), according to Guía Repsol. The Michelin Guide highlights the sequence of red mullet, gazpachuelo and potato, which you eat mixed together; Repsol, the rock gazpachuelo with codium seaweed, amontillado yolk, leek and pil-pil.
Cristina Cánovas and Diego Aguilar (trained at Tickets, Mugaritz and El Lago) brought their Teatinos restaurant to the centre. It has two dining rooms, one dark with an open kitchen and one white, and a small bar facing the stoves.
Book, especially at the weekend: there are only two seatings (13:30-14:30 and 20:30-21:30), Tuesday to Saturday. Ask for the small bar facing the stoves if you want to watch the cooking (March 2026). Pets are not allowed. Be aware: GastroRanking and other websites still give the old Teatinos address; the current one is Calle Sebastián Souvirón 7-9, a short walk from the Alameda (Michelin Guide 2026).
Metro: Atarazanas station, a few steps away.
