- On a clear day you can see Sierra Nevada, the Strait, North Africa and Seville
- Karst landscape of sinkholes and limestone pavement, remains of a medieval path and a lime kiln
- From the north face of the summit, a bird's-eye view of the pinsapo forest; golden eagles, vultures and Spanish ibex
Good to know
- It has been open again since 16 October: a good time to climb
- The last stretch is rock with no clear path: follow the stone cairns and paint marks
- There is almost no shade: take water and sun protection
