The ensaladilla (their signature tapa), oxtail, cazón en adobo (marinated fried dogfish), pan cateto (rustic bread) with pork loin, cheese and ham, croquettes, Iberian secreto (pork cut), fried cheese with jam, Galician-style octopus and cheesecake.
The tapas bodega of the Barrio de San Francisco, outside the Puerta de Almocábar: neighbourhood feel, lots of Ronda locals and a terrace.
Tapas from €1 to €2.50 (Mochileando por el mundo, April 2026); also half portions and full portions. There is always a queue: arrive when it opens or after 15:00. The waiters are quick even when it is packed. Order the ensaladilla (Russian potato salad) first, because it runs out.
San Francisco neighbourhood, south of the old town: if you cannot find a space on the street (white lines free, blue lines paid), leave the car in the Mercadillo and walk across La Ciudad.
