Surprise menu of 5-6 courses: salad, starters, fish (sea bass, for example), meats (in March 2026, an Angus finished on volcanic stone at the table) and dessert (pear with cinnamon). The chef recommends the wines for each course.

There is no menu: they cook what they have bought that day and bring you a multi-course menu. Very personal service from María and her team.
Good to know
Budget between €30 and €45 per person without drinks depending on the number of courses (one customer paid about €70 with wine in December 2025). Getting there and parking
San Francisco neighbourhood, south of the old town: if you cannot find a space on the street (white lines free, blue lines paid), leave the car in the Mercadillo and walk across La Ciudad.
