José Carlos García menu (€235.50) and the Seasonal and Local Produce menu (€159.50), according to Guía Repsol; there is also an à la carte menu. The signature dish is the sea bass with liquid potato gnocchi and a gazpachuelo (warm fish and mayonnaise soup) made from its bones (Michelin). The gazpachuelo, the zurrapa colorá and the boquerones appear on their menus. The wine list leans heavily towards white wines.
After fifteen years at Muelle Uno, José Carlos García has returned to where he started: the historic Café de París, his family's restaurant in La Malagueta, a few metres from the Centre Pompidou. A more intimate dining room, with his wife, Lourdes Luque, front of house, and the creative cooking he has always done, very close to the sea of Málaga.
Book well ahead. 2026 reviews recommend the tasting menu; the short version has well-judged portions. Pets are not allowed. Be aware: many websites, and the Repsol page itself, still give the old Muelle Uno address.
On foot from the centre along the Paseo del Parque towards La Malagueta; by car, the Muelle Uno car park.
