Tuna tartare with truffle, nigiri (eel, fatty tuna), sashimi, California roll with tempura king prawn and green asparagus (mentioned by the Michelin Guide), black cod with miso, gyoza, tonkotsu ramen and homemade mochi. There is a tasting menu with sake pairing.
About
Japanese restaurant by chefs Álvaro Arbeloa and Toshio Tsutsui, with other places in Málaga and Madrid. It has a sushi bar next to the kitchen.
