Must try

Two tasting menus (the short 'Degustación' and the long 'Menú Messina'); for the current price, check their website or ask when booking. Dishes recommended by Guía Repsol: scallops with seaweed broth, squid gazpachuelo with its roe, and grilled wagyu short rib with parsnip and boletus demi-glace.

About

Michelin star since 2016. Chef Mauricio Giovanini and Pía Ninci, sommelier and head of the dining room, mix European and Latin American influences with a lot of work on juices, broths and natural thickeners. It has a 'Chef's Table' for four next to the kitchen.

Good to know

Dinner only. The chef's table is the special experience (August 2026). Mention any allergies when you book.

Getting there and parking

Street parking is tricky, but the restaurant offers discounted parking at the hotel opposite (TripAdvisor review, September 2026).
