'Evolución' menu (optional wine pairing), 'Grand Crú' menu (with wines and champagnes included) and a shorter 5-course menu. In 2026 reviews, the Dublin Bay prawn, the prawn course and a reinterpreted tomato salad stand out.
Marbella's only two-Michelin-star restaurant. It began in a corner of Calle Aduar, in the old town, and now occupies a former country house on the Golden Mile, with two wine cellars, a terrace and a chill-out area. Chef Mario Cachinero, from Toledo, reinterprets Andalusian recipes and sommelier Marcos Granda looks after a cellar of more than 950 wines.
Book well in advance. Dinner only. Be aware: many websites still give the old Calle Aduar address.
Valet parking available (Michelin Guide). If you are having the wine pairing, better to take a taxi.
